Dr King and Juneteenth – The Commanding Question for Every Freedom Loving American?
First and Foremost – THINK?
Dr. King was a life time advocate for ethically grounded reasoned (critical) thinking. Accordingly initial first steps in evaluating anything would always be to seek deep introspection regarding all facets to be analyzed, then garner of any and all independently verifiable objective facts, and thereafter studiously apply reasoned thinking. By definition Dr. King would seek to cast out all propaganda, tune out/off all sources that would foster disharmony, disunity, divisions, polarization, hatred, and/or destruction of our cherished freedoms.
At the core of all Dr. King’s efforts and teachings were his focused goals to bring actual equality to and for all Americans regardless of race, creed, or color.
He specifically sought by all available means to bring togetherness, better understanding, compassion, and offered love as the true bridges for unify. Accordingly, given the deluge of the complete opposite from our alleged leaders and media, why not test the propositions offered by utilizing those same Dr. King tools with respect to “Juneteenth”?
So What is Juneteenth and Why is it Claimed to be Important?
As part of the seemingly never ending progressive agendas that always seem to center upon race (a problem within itself), this concept of celebrating (allegedly) the end of slavery has arisen (backed, fostered, and promoted by the NAACP and most every other liberal group touting race) – a holiday in some states, a Biden administration Federal holiday with all sorts of events, speakers (all with a single theme – fund raising for race based causes and promoting race based themes).
Juneteenth – June 19, 1865, allegedly arose when some 2,000 Union troops arrived in Galveston Bay, Texas. The army announced that the more than 250,000 enslaved black people in that state were free by executive decree. This day came to be known as “Juneteenth,” by the newly freed people in Texas.
It should be emphasized and noted:
*It applied only to black slaves.
*It applied only to and was restricted by law to solely the State of Texas (without force or effect to any other part of the country).
*In fact since it was an “executive order” there exists reasonable grounds to even question overall legality, a point effectively mooted given the “actual end of slavery” via the 13th Amendment January 31, 1865 see, e.g., https://nmaahc.si.edu/explore/stories/historical-legacy-juneteenth
Applying Dr. King’s Structures and Processes for Evaluating
Applying Dr. King’s structures and processes for thinking, the obvious question to be evaluated – how could Juneteenth possible qualify for his support and\or offer to achieve his life time goals of equality for anyone and everyone regardless of race, creed, or color?
Consider as a fundamental starting point – the actual definition of “racism” (the very object of Dr. King’s teachings to eradicate) (as well embodied in our federal/state laws, court decisions) is any effort, program, project or endeavor that seeks (or does in fact establish) entitlement, benefit, or special privileges/allowances or the denial thereof based primarily, singularly, or exclusively upon race, creed, color, or ethnicity.
As a straight forward fact, based on that universal, accepted (and legal) definition, consider the following:
*the NAACP is a racist organization propagated and openly promoting rights, privileges and entitlements based exclusively upon race. By definition any effort, program or project sponsored, directed, or controlled by this or any other racist organization is “RACIST” – by definition that equates to promoting and pandering to disunity, hate, and disharmony not unity or equality for or among all citizens regardless of race, creed, or color.
*Any and all involved with or participating (including any and all funding) with any racist organizations\ efforts, one automatically will be associated with that racism. All Americans have choices – racism is a severe and extremely toxic negative state from which no possible beneficial can result.
*By definition “Juneteenth” was, is and remains racist (only applied to black slaves in Texas).
Dr. King’s analyses demonstrate a racist motive, and a racist agenda fostered\supported by racists (organizations). There accordingly exists no possibility of achieving Dr. King’s goals of equality among all Americans via its recognition (as being promoted currently).
One other aspect deserves immediate consideration – historically, factually, and legally Juneteenth is a “LIE”!
It did not end slavery at all.
Considering all factors one is left with the indelible fact that “Juneteenth” is nothing more a falsehood conjured and manufactured only for political purposes and based exclusively to divide by pandering to racism.
Let’s test the proposition?
When and how in fact did slavery end (if at all)?
*Fact – The Civil War ended in Spring, 1865. Robert E. Lee surrendered the last major Confederate army to Ulysses S. Grant at Appomattox Courthouse on April 9, 1865. The last battle was fought at Palmito Ranch, Texas, on May 13, 1865.
* Fact – The Emancipation Proclamation declaring “that all persons held as slaves” within the rebellious states “are, and henceforward shall be free was issued on January 01, 1863 – https://www.archives.gov/exhibits/featured-documents/emancipation-proclamation –
Despite this expansive wording, the Emancipation Proclamation was quite limited. It applied only to states that had seceded from the United States, leaving slavery untouched in the loyal border states. It also expressly exempted parts of the Confederacy (the Southern secessionist states) that had already come under Northern control. Most importantly, the freedom it promised was solely depended upon Union (United States) military victory. By definition it only applied to exclusively blacks.
*Fact – the only “non racist” based events/documents that could possibly be cited as an end to slavery as such and providing freedoms for “all races, creeds, colors, and ethnicities are as follow:
13th Amendment was the first and ONLY event, document that could possibly end slavery – Abolition of Slavery – Passed by Congress January 31, 1865. Ratified December 6, 1865. https://constitutioncenter.org/interactive-constitution/amendment/amendment-xiii
14th Amendment – Citizenship Rights – Equal Protection – Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868 – https://constitutioncenter.org/interactive-constitution/amendment/amendment-xiv
15th Amendment – Right to Vote Not Denied by Race – Passed by Congress February 26, 1869. Ratified February 3, 1870 – https://constitutioncenter.org/interactive-constitution/amendment/amendment-xv
Civil Rights Act of 1964 – prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Provisions of this civil rights act forbade discrimination on the basis of sex, as well as, race in hiring, promoting, and firing. – July 02, 1964 – https://www.archives.gov/milestone-documents/civil-rights-act
Civil Rights Act of 1965 – outlawed the discriminatory voting practices adopted in many southern states after the Civil War, including literacy tests as a prerequisite to voting – August 06, 1965 – https://www.archives.gov/milestone-documents/voting-rights-act
Given the above the only possible “non racist based” documents, events, or dates are as noted. Accordingly, the obvious question – why would these progressive\liberal forces purposely ignore the incontrovertible historical facts to select instead a “racist lie”?
Perhaps it’s only a coincidence that regarding every single event above noted the very same folks pushing the racist agenda through “Juneteenth” (by political affiliations and historical facts) actively opposed and attempted to scuttle every single one of the freedom protections (including the end of slavery) accorded through the 13th, 14th, 15th Amendments and Civil Rights laws enacted thereafter. The Democrats were the Party of slavery, Jim Crow laws, and subjugation of freedoms based on non equality.
Consider the following historical facts:
*Throughout the war, Democrats vigorously opposed emancipation, black troops, the passage of the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution, and the formation of the federal Freedmen’s Bureau, which was designed by Republicans to aid slaves in their transition to freedom.
* Johnson and the Democratic Party were unified in their opposition to the 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery; the 14th Amendment, which gave blacks citizenship; and the 15th Amendment, which gave blacks the vote. All three passed only because of universal Republican support
* President Woodrow Wilson ( a Democrat) shared many views with the Klu Klux Klan. He re-segregated many federal agencies, and even screened the first movie ever played at the White House – the racist film “The Birth of a Nation,” originally entitled “The Clansman.” A few decades later, the only serious congressional opposition to the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 came from Democrats. Eighty percent of Republicans in Congress supported the bill. Less than 70 percent of
Democrats did. Democratic senators filibustered the bill for 75 days, until Republicans mustered the few extra votes needed to break the logjam
* Dixiecrats in the Senate also mounted filibusters against the Civil Rights Act of 1957 and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Johnson’s Democratic allies in Congress required Republican votes in order to defeat a Dixiecrat-led filibuster and pass the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
“Juneteenth is a Blatant LIE – Slavery Has Existed Uninterrupted
Since the Civil War and Continues to this Very Day
Consider the following fact – the entire promoted concept of “Juneteenth” is as an unmitigated “lie” (factually, legally, and historically) since the brutal (even savage realities) horrific fact is that slavery, bondage, human trafficking (with all of gruesome ugliness) has existed since the Civil War and continues to this very day.
Think about the following “horrors in progress” as everyone prances around celebrating, delivering meaningless speeches, and pontificating the attributes of racism:
* The US government estimates that 14,500 – 17,500 people are brought into the US each year to be used as slaves. Free the Slaves and UC Berkeley research indicates there are tens of thousands of people living in slavery, in America, right now. see, e.g., file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/Document(1)(1).pdf; https://theexodusroad.com/does-slavery-exist-in-america-today/; (over 400,000 living in slavery in the US) https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/jul/19/us-modern-slavery-report-global-slavery- states/, see also, https://www.brookings.edu/articles/an-american-tragedy-the-legacy-of-slavery-lingers-in-our-cities-ghettos/; https://www.state.gov/what-is-modern-slavery/; https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/worldviews/wp/2013/10/17/this-map-shows-where-the-worlds-30-million-slaves-live-there-are-60000-in-the-u-s/; https://richmond.com/news/local/modern-day-slavery-hides-in-plain-sight/article_3f297244-cc3d-5228-9e0f-9c229af04dea.html; https://www.elitedaily.com/news/world/forced-labor-in-america-is-modern-day-slavery/809249; Human Trafficking Fact Sheet file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/GA-HT-Fact-Sheet-6.4.13.pdf
*According to recent figures available (Global Estimates of Modern Slavery: Forced Labour and Forced Marriage , SourceGeneva, September 2017):
At any given time in 2016, an estimated 40.3 million people are in modern slavery, including 24.9 million in forced labor and 15.4 million in forced marriage.
It means there are 5.4 victims of modern slavery for every 1,000 people in the world.
1 in 4 victims of modern slavery are children.
Out of the 24.9 million people trapped in forced labor, 16 million people are exploited in the private sector such as domestic work, construction or agriculture; 4.8 million persons in forced sexual exploitation, and 4 million persons in forced labor imposed by state authorities.
Women and girls are disproportionately affected by forced labor, accounting for 99% of victims in the commercial sex industry, and 58% in other sectors
*Democrat polices of open borders, cartels effectively controlling our southern borders in fact have fueled and enabled human trafficking, see, e.g., https://www.texaspolicy.com/how-porous-borders-fuel-human-trafficking-in-the-united-states/; https://www.blackburn.senate.gov/2022/1/biden-harris-border-policies-are-enabling-human-trafficking; https://www.flgov.com/2022/02/07/governor-ron-desantis-faith-leaders-and-pedro-pans-biden-border-crisis-is-harming-children/;https://www.justice.gov/humantrafficking/press-room; https://nypost.com/2021/04/17/how-bidens-border-policy-will-increase-child-sex-trafficking-to-us/;https://www.state.gov/reports/2021-trafficking-in-persons-report/;file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/jmv-testimony-4-27-22.pdf; file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/218462.pdf
How about some objective facts for a change respecting slavery (do listen closely)? https://www.prageru.com/video/a-short-history-of-slavery?gclid=Cj0KCQjwwJuVBhCAARIsAOPwGATh55QjD_2C_BbC0sQ79X0–msJvDgtSepc3Gx7MgGVzIMoVjuAiG0aAtXTEALw_wcB
A further question – Think about it very seriously!
When the very same folks that have brought forth this “racist lie”, “Juneteenth” as well have also delivered upon blacks (as well all Americans) crippling inflation rendering wages deficient, raging cost increases on virtually every basic necessity, monumental supply interruptions (costing lives) including fuel (domino effects throughout the entire economy), defunding and destabilizing law enforcement\our judiciary systems, open refusals to enforce laws or bring accountability to criminals, out of control drug influxes, literally killing countless thousands (especially teens), human/sex trafficking nationwide, and within the same time periods openly denying virtually every constitutional guaranteed freedom (freedom of speech, censorship, rights to assemble, warrantless searches, use of federal law enforcement and judicial processes to punish those that might disagree, restricted or denied public accesses across the board, etc. – how does one spell “Bondage or Slavery”?
Do wide ranging governmental policies that openly restrict freedoms and/or level focused economic deprivations (based on race, creed, color, gender, age, etc.) qualify as human bondage or the modern equivalent of slavery?
What about other forms of coercion, economic deception, abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation? see, e.g., Human Rights and Human Trafficking, file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/FS36_en.pdf
What about intentional and/or deliberate deprivations in quality of life – policies designed to inflict economic and social rights, insecurity, discrimination, exclusion and render any segment of Americans as powerlessness? In fact is this not precisely what is ongoing from these same entities that have conjured “Juneteenth”? See, e.g., https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2022/06/13/us-financial-collapse.aspx?ui=607ba846d1b00ede6e07c1c439805b762be217831689a8c96fadc5fc723a732c&sd=20161121&cid_source=dnl&cid_medium=email&cid_content=art1HL&cid=20220613&mid=DM1189524&rid=1518996959; Why Middle-Class Americans Can’t Afford to Live in Liberal Cities ,Blue America has a problem: Even after adjusting for income, left-leaning metros tend to have worse income inequality and less affordable housing

Think about it
Consider the ramifications for bondage/slavery?
“There is no southern border. Expect more than 1 million foreign nationals to swarm into the United States this summer without audit, COVID testing, or vaccination. None will have any worry of consequences for breaking U.S. immigration law.
Police are underfunded and increasingly defunded. District attorneys deliberately release violent criminals without charges. (Literally 10,000 people witnessed a deranged man with a knife attack comedian Dave Chappelle onstage at the Hollywood Bowl last week, and the Los Angeles County DA refused to press felony charges.) Murder and assault are spiraling. Carjackings and smash-and-grab thefts are now normal big-city events.
Crime is now mostly a political matter. Ideology, race, and politics determine whether the law is even applied.
Supermarket shelves are thinning, and meats are now beyond the budgets of millions of Americans. An American president—in a first—casually warns of food shortages. Baby formula has disappeared from many shelves.
Politics are resembling the violent last days of the Roman.”

What about deliberate policies to infringe and eliminate freedoms – bondage/slavery?
“Our wokists are similarly defending their thought-control efforts, forced re-education sessions, scripted confessionals, mandatory apologies and cancel culture on the pretense that we need long-overdue “fundamental transformation. So if they destroy people in the name of equity, their nihilism is justified”. Juneteenth and the Legal Ramifications
Consider the extremely wide ranging involvements with “Juneteenth” of quite literally most every agency, branch, department at any and all levels of government (Federal and those states recognizing the event) (all publicly taxpayer funded facilities, monies, personnel, and resources involved)?
Consider that all governmental affairs, proceedings, affiliations, involvements, sponsorships, the providing of resources or funding (either direct or indirect) (including all of its governmental\municipal subdivisions, public entities thereof) are required by law to be open, transparent, and in all cases grounded and ruled by ethical, moral, and legal standards, especially from singularly or in concert with each other
*being involved in any corrupt, illegal (including unlawful bias, discrimination based on race, creed, or color)
* improper use, dedication of any and all public resources\funding for such purposes and/or
*supporting, promoting, or being affiliated with racist organizations, events, or activities based primarily, singularly, or exclusively upon race, creed or color, and\or
*being in non compliance with any and all applicable laws, state and/or federal
Consider the specifically and the entirety of the 13th, 14th, 15th Amendments including every civil rights laws enacted since then (especially the Civil Right Act of 1965) (explicitly prohibiting all forms of discrimination based primarily, singularly, and/or exclusively upon race, creed, or color.
Consider the direct and indirect applications of all of those laws upon the “Juneteenth” (a racist lie – factually, historically and legally) and the direct involvements of any and all governmental entities (as well all personnel) at any and all levels?
Especially consider the above within the context of rampant (even government assisted and nurtured) slavery, bondage, and human trafficking throughout the entire country.
“Any nation or government that deprives an individual of freedom is in that moment committing an act of moral and spiritual murder. Any individual who is not concerned about his freedom commits an act of moral and spiritual suicide”. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.” Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Think About It Most Seriously Before Partaking or Supporting Juneteenth
Certainly celebrating anything with music and food is generally deemed an excellent prescription for harmony and joy (hopefully for all concerned). However such should be grounded solely by Dr. King’s prescriptions for “reasoned thinking” (always seeking thorough investigations for independently verifiable objective facts) casting out all racist, political, and propaganda.
Simply put by accepted definitions (factual, legal, and historically) “Juneteenth” is a “racist based lie” – it did not end slavery, a brutal and horrific blemish that continues to this day (policies openly supported and promoted by the very same folks that have brought forth “Juneteenth”).
By every conceivable perspective “Juneteenth” equates to, promotes, and panders to disunity, hate, and disharmony not unity or equality for or among all citizens – the complete opposite as advocated by Dr. King.
If anyone seeks to be part of, become involved with or participate (including any and all funding) with any racist organizations\ efforts, one automatically will be associated with that racism. All Americans have choices – racism is a severe and extremely toxic negative state from which no possible beneficial outcomes can be expected or result!
Until any and all slavery for all citizens (especially our children – all races, creeds, and colors) has been permanently eradicated from Georgia and the US, there is absolutely nothing to celebrate. In fact the NAACP event has the direct effect of denigrating and marginalizing that eradication by promoting and pandering to racism – slavery never has been and is not dead!
For any and all that genuinely believe in and seek freedom from slavery and bondage, Dr. King’s explicit admonitions are applicable – seek out, study, and practice “reasoned (critical) thinking based solely upon ethically grounded objective facts”. Those processes produce empowerment and freedom. Failure to do so effectively results in “slavery and bondage”!!!
“Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves.” George Gordon Byron (Lord Byron)
In summary, if one wishes to be associated with racists, racist organizations, racist events and programs (the slavery of others, most especially children) one must be prepared to be known as a “racist” in fact (as well to carry those onerous toxic burdens).
That is a “choice”.
That is not (was not) the Dream of Martin Luther King nor for any other intelligent American seeking instead unity, harmony, and equality devoid of discrimination based on race, creed, or color.
Ultimately it’s your choice!!
Personally I pray you choose wisely.
“Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness.”
“Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.”
“He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it.”
“In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” Dr. Martin Luther King
